Latoria Enterprises is a for-profit marketing business. It is not a registered 501(c)(3) or other tax-exempt charitable organization.
Tax treatment
Donations are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Please consult a tax advisor regarding your situation.
Purpose
Donations are used to support church-related marketing and outreach activities, selected at the discretion of Latoria Enterprises. Donations are not designated to any specific church, ministry or individual unless agreed in writing.
No exchange of value
No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation.
Refunds
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error (for example, a wrong amount), contact us within 14 days at inv@latoriaent.com and we will review the request.
Payment processing
Online donations are processed by Square on its own secure payment pages. We do not see or store full card details, and Square's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
Records
On request, we will provide a written acknowledgement of your donation for your records.
